ATHLETICS DAY

 The time of my life!! No, I'm kidding. I'm having the worst day.  It's athletics people,  I'm going to come last especially in high jump. And the best sachin is long jump and ball thaw but spits aren't that bad but i was in pan after osca threw me on the ground and then step on me so i was in pan so Osca can go to the plush cow univerity and i hop that he stays in they the end  

BEE BOT Part 2 🤷

Like the first time we used the bee bots, we had to use the bee bots again.  But we had to make a maze and use our instructions.  It was hard to make it go through the maze because it kept running into the walls.  It was very frustrating and annoying having to rebuild the maze again, once we had technical issues and the bee bot just stopped.  

My buddy was done way before me and I had to do it with another buddy, Kobi, and we had 1000,s of blocks but only used 100 of them.  

  

Lighthouse

 A lighthouse is like a colossal light bulb and we made a drawing of Tuahine point lighthouse. Lead the way means that that you have an adventure but no ones believes that its possible but then you catch their attention and you Lead the way like a role model.   

bee bot

 In reading time we got to use  bee bots and it was hard to control the bot and we had to make it go over the pictures we drew .   I think that made it go crazy and go off the grid and we didn't get to go on them for long but we made the most of it.  

To use the bee bot you have to press on the arrows and then hit go! Then watch it go, but you might think that they are fast...but nope! No way!  They are so slow,  my grandma is way faster unless you put in a 450 engine.  

I didn't enjoy it because it wasn't that interesting but go see Kalani's blog post. 

But they weren't what I thought, I thought they would be faster and cooler.             

Enviro centre

Last week room 4 went to the  tairawhiti Enviro centre and ate a lot of kale and learned about landfill and went to a replica of a landfill. We sat on milk bottles in  bean-bags and learned about the 6 rs and they are in the image. Later on  we had to leave.   

 My highlight was the kale and this lemein plant and man it was delish! I put some in my sandwich.            

I highly recommend going and see the rat trap library in the reception because they have old pallets that they use as desks and tables, so you may want to do it as well. There was a big shed with heaps of food go to the link below if you are interested.
